We know that planning the most important day of your life can be overwhelming. We are here to help. We have various options and packages that can be chosen from to ensure that your special day is nothing less than remarkable. All packages are customized to fit your personal preferences.

Elopement Package $250
Our elopement package includes the use of either indoor or garden space, 1 hour block of time and up to 6 guests max.

Indoor Wedding $600
Ever imagine having a wedding as you descend down a large open staircase. Our indoor wedding package includes use of all inside common areas and a 4 hour block of time.

Garden Wedding $750
Have you fantasized about an outdoor wedding as the bride makes her way down a long stone walkway. Our garden wedding includes the use of our secluded garden area and an 4 hour block of time.
Included in our Wedding Package Pricing:
- Up to 25 people inside or 50 people in garden in attendance (including bride & groom)
- Up to 50 White wedding chairs can be added at $2/chair
- Wedding Arbor included
- Parking-up to 15 cars. Bride and Groom have reserved parking, which is not included in the 15 car count
- Use of Bed & Breakfast rooms (when available) for changing purposes
- All Monday thru Thursday weddings receive a 15% weekday discount
All Wedding Packages are secured by signed contract & 25% deposit. Remaining balance to be paid within 60 days prior of event.

Events and Parties
Do you have an upcoming event or fabulous party idea? Lets us help you design and customize an event that your friends won’t stop talking about.
Choose from our indoor event space which includes full usage of our Grand Parlor, Dining Room, Downstairs Foyer and 2 Bathrooms or our one-half acre Outdoor Garden Venue with plenty of shade trees, gardens and privacy.
**Event Space Rentals have a 2 hour minimum rental.**
**Additional time can be added for $50/hr**
Event spaces can be secured with a 50% deposit due at reservation and remaining balance paid 14 days prior to event.
